    Urgent Hiring: Entry-Level General Laborer

    Job Duties

    + Sand and clean carbon fiber materials to precise specifications

    + Work in both sitting and standing positions throughout the shift

    + Produce 25–30 pieces per day with accuracy and minimal errors

    + Apply alcohol to clean materials after sanding

    + Communicate your process to the Lead/Supervisor

    + Accept and act on feedback from the Quality Inspector when rework is required

    Pay and Benefits

    + 1st Shift: $16/hr

    + 2nd Shift: $17.60/hr

    + 3rd Shift/Weekend: $19.20/hr

    + $1,050 monthly stipend when hired direct

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.20/hr.
