    Job Title:** **Assembler – Electromechanical Assembly (North Mankato, MN)

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble **electromechanical products** to close tolerances.

    + Interpret **blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications** .

    + Operate **hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment** , and testing instruments.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical & electrical assembly experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret **blueprints and schematics** .

    + Skilled in **tool operation** (hand, power, soldering).

    + Strong **quality control** and troubleshooting skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED (required).

    + Technical certificate or associate degree in **electronics** , **mechatronics** , or related field (preferred).

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $51200.00 - $59425.00/yr.
