Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler working on the assembly of electronic components. You will work at a dedicated work station, where you will assemble components, upload software and firmware, and perform tasks such as reading schematics, soldering using a microscope, and crimping wires. This role involves low voltage wiring and requires precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble electronic components at a work station or assembly bench.
+ Upload software and firmware into components.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics.
+ Solder components using a microscope.
+ Crimp and manage wire connections.
+ Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications such as ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
+ Utilize hand tools, micrometers, and perform hardware troubleshooting.
+ Conduct tasks in accordance with medical device assembly standards.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with electronic subassemblies and uploading software/firmware.
+ Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
+ Soldering skills using a microscope.
+ Crimping and wire management.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, and TS16949 quality standards.
+ Knowledge of electrical systems and micrometers.
+ Experience with ERP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Quality certifications such as TS16949, ISO 9001, AS 9100.
+ Medical device assembly experience.
+ Interest or experience in RC hobbies.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled, relaxed, and clean, with individual work benches. The shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks. A second shift will be added, offering opportunities for overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marietta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
