Job Title: HVAC Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Foreman with extensive experience in commercial installations. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in the HVAC field, particularly in leadership roles. You should be proficient in brazing, soldering, ductwork, sheet metal duct, hot water/chilled water piping, gas piping, and all phases of HVAC work.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage HVAC installation projects in a commercial setting.

+ Coordinate and supervise the work of HVAC technicians and ensure adherence to project timelines.

+ Perform brazing, soldering, and installation of ductwork and piping systems.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints and layouts to carry out installations.

+ Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Essential Skills

+ 7+ years of experience in HVAC installations and foreman roles.

+ Strong knowledge of brazing, soldering, and sheet metal ductwork.

+ Experience with hot water/chilled water piping and gas piping.

+ Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and mechanical layouts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with HVAC controls and pipefitting is a plus.

+ No specific certifications required.

Work Environment

You will work in a new construction environment with a typical schedule from 7am to 3:30pm, with overtime as needed. Safety is a priority, with steel-toe boots required and a dress code of jeans on the first day. The company provides a T-shirt, hard hat, and safety glasses.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALLENTOWN, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
