Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in processing and screening recycling materials, mainly focusing on cardboard and paper recycling. The role involves working on a sorting line and using hand tools to perform tasks efficiently. Candidates must be comfortable standing for the entire shift and have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
+ Process and screen recycling materials on a sorting line.
+ Use hand tools to perform sorting tasks.
+ Maintain a steady work pace and attention to detail.
+ Consistently lift up to 20 lbs as part of the sorting process.
+ Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in general labor or production.
+ Proficiency in sorting and handling materials.
+ Ability to use hand tools effectively.
+ Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent work pace.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in assembly, packing, packaging, loading, or picking is a plus.
+ Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs comfortably.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.14 - $20.14/hr.
