General Production Worker

Shift Schedule:

+ Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

+ Occasional overtime as needed

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated General Production Workers to join our team in Bordentown. In this role, you’ll assemble air filtration systems onto clinical testing units while working closely with your teammates. You’ll be cross-trained in multiple areas of production, giving you the chance to expand your skillset and grow with us. Responsibilities

As a General Production Worker, you’ll contribute to installing high-quality air filtration systems by:

+ **Assembly Work:** Install and secure air filtration systems onto testing units with precision and care.

+ **Cross-Training:** Rotate through different stations to learn new skills and support various aspects of production.

+ **Quality Control:** Inspect assemblies to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.

+ **Material Handling:** Track, organize, and manage parts and supplies needed for assembly.

+ **Safety Practices:** Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and secure work environment.

+ **Team Collaboration:** Work side-by-side with your team to meet daily production goals and keep operations running smoothly.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in assembly or production work preferred

+ Ability to use hand tools and tape measures

+ Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

+ Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
