Shipping and Receiving Specialist - $20/hr

Job Description

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for inventory entry, customer coordination, and organizing office files. This role supports the General Manager and the production floor, ensuring efficient operations and communication.

Responsibilities

+ Perform inventory entry and control tasks.

+ Coordinate with customers regarding shipments and deliveries.

+ Organize office files and maintain proper documentation.

+ Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

+ Assist the production floor with relevant tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Excel.

+ Experience in a production environment.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Data entry accuracy.

+ Experience with inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and inventory control systems.

+ Experience with shipping and bill of lading processes.

+ Ability to manage work orders and purchase orders.

+ Clerical experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FORT WORTH, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
