Description We are looking for a motivated File Clerk to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This contract position is ideal for individuals who excel in organizational tasks and enjoy working independently. Responsibilities:

• Organize and file paperwork into designated folders promptly and accurately.

• Create and label new file folders as required to accommodate additional documents.

• Support a year-end project involving file rotation and system updates.

• Handle sensitive documents with discretion and ensure confidentiality is maintained.

• Collaborate on administrative tasks and projects as needed. Requirements • Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong ability to stay organized.

• Capable of working independently and efficiently managing time.

• Prior experience in filing or administrative roles is a plus but not essential.

• Familiarity with paper filing, scanning, and e-filing processes.
