Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our client's team remotely. In this contract role, you will oversee complex projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and meet established goals. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a strong commitment to delivering results in a dynamic advertising industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of goals.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

• Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to address challenges.

• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to maintain alignment.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Apply formal project management methodologies to optimize workflows and improve outcomes.

• Conduct regular status updates and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout project execution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within an advertising agency environment.

• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability to challenges.
