    Description

    We’re seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Manager to step in and lead day-to-day marketing strategy, execution, and team coordination during a transition period. This role requires someone who can quickly assess needs, take ownership, and keep marketing initiatives running smoothly.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily marketing operations and ensure campaigns stay on schedule

    + Manage content, social media, email, and digital marketing efforts

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners

    + Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making

    + Maintain brand consistency across all channels and deliverables

    + Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership or management responsibilities

    + Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics

    + Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

    + Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and lead in a fast-paced environment

    + Experience managing teams or contractors is a plus
