    Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Darien, Connecticut. In this Contract to permanent role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.     Responsibilities:

    • Greet members and guests with a friendly and detail oriented demeanor.

    • Process payments accurately using the designated payment platform.

    • Manage the creation and distribution of flyers, as well as the printing of food and beverage menus.

    • Schedule appointments for the golf simulator and manage bookings efficiently.

    • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall member experience.

    • Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.

    • Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.

    • Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a similar front desk role.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficiency in handling payment systems and booking software.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

    • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
