Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join a thriving manufacturing organization in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition efforts for technical and hands-on positions within a growing workforce. Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for manufacturing roles, including machinists, technicians, and engineers.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workday HRIS.

• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective placements.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

• Provide insights into market trends and talent availability to refine hiring processes.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and track candidate progress.

• Collaborate with leadership to establish workforce strategies for a rapidly expanding team.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards throughout the recruitment process.

• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences while balancing organizational needs. Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in recruiting for manufacturing positions, including technical and hands-on roles.

• Proven expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Familiarity with Workday HRIS and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines within a growing company.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and providing strategic hiring insights.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

• Must be able to work onsite in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
