Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will support attorneys in various aspects of insurance defense litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and civil case management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with discovery processes, including document review and organization.

• Support civil litigation efforts by drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Prepare trial materials such as exhibits, case files, and witness lists.

• Manage case-related data using case management software to ensure accurate and efficient handling.

• Review and analyze medical records to support insurance defense cases.

• Conduct legal research and compile findings to aid in case strategy.

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation.

• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation or insurance defense.

• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.

• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.

• Experience in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and case materials.

• Ability to analyze and review medical records for litigation purposes.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or equivalent certification.
