Description

Our company is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all supplier invoices are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and verify all incoming invoices and payment requests.

+ Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors.

+ Perform invoice coding and matching with purchase orders.

+ Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.

+ Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.

+ Communicate with vendors to address questions and resolve issues.

+ Assist with month-end closing and other accounting projects as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

+ Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.

+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
