Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented In-Process Inspectors to join our team with openings available on both the 1st and 2nd shifts. As an In-Process Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality control within our manufacturing process. This position requires flexibility with shift hours and occasional Saturday work.
Responsibilities
+ Perform varied and general tasks involved in the quality process, including manufacturing, assembly, and operation of basic hand tools.
+ Conduct visual and dimensional inspection using o-meters, series testers, Hi-pot testing, smart scopes, microscopes, and scales.
+ Utilize SAP for computer-related tasks and documentation.
+ Complete accurate recording of process documentation and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
+ Perform fit functional testing and inspect over molding cables.
+ Manufacture, assemble, label cables, package, conduct in-process testing, and operate assigned production/manufacturing equipment.
+ Interpret, read, and follow all work instructions and engineering drawings.
+ Comply with all safety requirements, manufacturing practices, procedures, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
+ Utilize basic measurement skills using hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, and calipers.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of recent in-process inspection experience within the medical device, electronics, or aerospace industries.
+ Proficiency in using measuring and testing tools.
+ Computer proficiency with SAP for performing documentation tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in quality control, testing, and utilizing microscopes.
+ Familiarity with Smart Scope, scales, and Hi-pot testing.

Work Environment
This position operates in a cleanroom, manufacturing, and assembly line environment. The role requires working with various manufacturing equipment and tools in a bench-top assembly setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
