Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
The Production Associate will operate and monitor production equipment according to company standards. Responsibilities include assisting with mixing, packaging, and labeling food products, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and adhering to safety and quality guidelines, including HACCP and GMP standards. The role also involves performing routine checks to ensure product specifications are met and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Responsibilities
+ Operate and monitor production equipment according to company standards.
+ Assist with mixing, packaging, and labeling food products.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
+ Follow all safety and quality guidelines, including HACCP and GMP standards.
+ Perform routine checks to ensure product specifications are met.
+ Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
+ Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred.
+ Any previous GMP experience.
+ Bilingual is preferred.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, new facility focused on food production. The environment is temperature-controlled to ensure the quality and safety of food products. Multiple shifts are available, including 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $19.00/hr.
