    Job Description

    This manufacturing position involves operating semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. Responsible for operating semiconductor-processing equipment, following strict cleanroom protocols, supporting production workflows, and ensuring product quality in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. The manufacturing operator is responsible for meeting daily production goals in support of cleanroom fabrication operations. Key areas of concentration include photolithography, pattern transfer via etching techniques, substrate cleaning, metrology, and other semiconductor processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate manually- or computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality goals.

    + Set up and operate complex manual and computer-controlled equipment.

    + Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components.

    + Utilize computer software to track operational performance and make minor corrections to improve productivity.

    + Follow quality management procedures and identify quality issues.

    + Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

    + Multitask to perform other required duties as assigned by a supervisor.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    + Microscope experience.

    + Manual dexterity.

    + Ability to learn complex machinery.

    + High-school diploma or GED.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous manufacturing experience in a cleanroom environment is preferred.

    + Experience in electronics assembly, soldering, and working electronics

    + SOPS and GMPs

    + Comfortable with cleanroom attire and handling chemicals.

    Work Environment

     

    Cleanroom environment requiring special garments such as bunny suits, hoods, shoe covers, and gloves.

     

    SHIFTS (6am-6pm) or (6pm-6am) offering a shift differential of 5% for days and 15% for nights.

     

    A Daylight Sun - Tues w/Alternating Wed

    B Daylight Thurs-Sat w/ Alternating Wed

    C Nightshift Sun-Tues w/ Alternating Sat

    D Nightshift Wed-Fri w/ Alternating Sat

    36 & 48 hour work weeks (Guaranteed 8 hours of overtime built into schedule ever other week). Employees also enjoy (3) 30-minute breaks with options for combining them for longer meals AND all breaks are paid.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
