General Laborer – Aggregate Production Plant

**Location:** Boulder, CO

**Pay Rate:** $25/hour

Schedule:

+ **Training Period (5 weeks):** Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ Must be willing to work overtime, including Friday

About the Role

We’re seeking dependable, self-motivated **General Laborers** to keep our aggregate production plant running smoothly and safely. This position combines hands-on labor with essential maintenance tasks—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

+ Shovel rock and assist with equipment maintenance and repairs.

+ Operate heavy equipment as needed.

+ Run clinkers in the screening and crushing department.

+ Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant.

+ Support clay feed operations in the clay shed.

+ Maintain clean work areas and ensure equipment is well-maintained.

Qualifications

+ Experience in general labor (oil field, construction, landscaping preferred).

+ Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical skills.

+ Ability to lift up to 60lbs and work in varied outdoor conditions.

+ Comfortable working at heights (up to 60 feet) and navigating stairs, ladders, and catwalks.

+ High school diploma or GED required.

Bonus Points For:

+ Experience operating heavy equipment.

Work Environment

This is an outdoor, physically active role. You’ll work in all weather conditions—hot, cold, dry, dusty, or rainy. We provide all necessary tools and prioritize safety and cleanliness in every aspect of our operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
