Job Description

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Electrical Assembly Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical assembly of various drives and electric transformers. You will follow work orders and receive training on schematics to ensure precision in your work. You will collaborate closely with a team of 2-4 members, utilizing various hand and power tools, and focus on working with low voltage lines.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical assembly of drives and electric transformers.

+ Follow detailed work orders and schematics.

+ Collaborate effectively in teams of 2-4.

+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.

+ Work on the low voltage line.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical aptitude.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

+ 1+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly from the same company.

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

+ Experience with soldering and electronic assembly.

+ Electrical wiring skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Basic knowledge of electrical or wire diagrams.

Work Environment

Join us for a 1st shift schedule from 5am to 3pm, Monday through Thursday, in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment. Our brand new facility requires steel toes and safety glasses and is part of a larger expansion plan to add 1200 jobs in the next 8-10 years.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.07/hr.
