Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and efficient warehouse workers to join our team. You will play a crucial role in picking and packing orders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary tasks will include operating an electronic pallet jack, stacking pallets with various products, wrapping pallets, and loading them into trucks. Effective communication is key, as you will use a headset to coordinate with team members throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities
+ Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
+ Operate an electronic pallet jack to move products and pallets.
+ Stack products such as 12 packs and liter crates onto pallets.
+ Wrap full pallets securely and load them into trucks.
+ Communicate effectively with team members using a headset.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in picking, shipping, and receiving within a warehouse setting.
+ Comfortable with operating palletizers, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
+ General labor skills with the ability to lift and stack items weighing 20-50 lbs consistently.
+ Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to adapt to a busy and dynamic warehouse environment.
+ Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and adjust to the physical demands of the job.

Work Environment
The warehouse operates in a busy and clean environment with around 25 employees on the 2nd shift. Working hours begin at 2 PM and can extend late into the night, especially during busy seasons, with potential shifts lasting up to 16 hours before holidays. You will be required to take breaks at designated times, and the physical nature of the job may result in initial soreness, which typically subsides as you become accustomed to the work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OMAHA, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
