    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated janitor to perform cleaning duties within manufacturing and office settings. This role involves specialty cleaning, post-construction cleanups, and event support cleaning while operating and maintaining cleaning equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine cleaning duties in manufacturing and office environments.

    + Conduct specialty cleaning tasks, including post-construction cleanups and event support cleaning.

    + Operate and maintain cleaning equipment efficiently.

    + Ensure proper floor care and maintenance.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 6 months experience in cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial roles.

    + Proficiency in floor care and maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with floor care is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic environment that includes manufacturing plants, offices, and common areas. The position is for the 1st shift, from 6 am to 2:30 pm. Employees will receive a C&W Services uniform.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
