**Pay Range:** $24–$32 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting overall facility operations to ensure minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment

+ Diagnose mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs

+ Assist with equipment installations and modifications

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

+ Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve equipment issues

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Prior experience in mechanical maintenance preferred

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

+ Familiarity with basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worthington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
