    Job Title: Production Supervisor

    Job Description

    As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the training and supervision of production and packaging associates. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring production procedures, reporting and understanding scrap levels, and addressing food safety and quality issues. Additionally, you will manage scheduling and disciplinary actions as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and train production/packaging associates.

    + Coordinate and monitor production procedures.

    + Report and understand scrap levels.

    + Address food safety and quality issues when necessary.

    + Manage scheduling and handle disciplinary actions.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production supervision and management.

    + Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

    + Safety and lean manufacturing experience.

    + Process improvement skills.

    + Supervisory and management skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years as a supervisor in a packaging/production environment.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Food/GMP experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The position operates on a 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6 AM, working 5-6 days a week. Some areas of the facility may be hot and dirty.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
