    Operations Leadership Trainee – Distribution

     

    Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 + Benefits & Performance Incentives

     

    We’re seeking a motivated Operations Leadership Trainee to join our distribution team in Brownsburg, IN. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management. You’ll gain hands-on experience across every aspect of distribution while developing the leadership and operational skills needed to advance within our growing organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Learn and perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping.

    + Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and logistics coordination.

    + Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely (training provided).

    + Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.

    + Collaborate with operations and supply chain leaders to implement new initiatives.

    + Participate in leadership training, projects, and quarterly development reviews.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

    + Strong interest in operations, logistics, or team leadership.

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Willingness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a hands-on environment.

    + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in an active warehouse setting.
