Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team. The role involves operating and maintaining processing and packaging equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met. Responsibilities
+ Operate processing and packaging equipment, including balances, labelers, band sealers, pumps, filtration systems, and other packaging equipment.
+ Weigh, measure, and check raw materials using a computer interface to ensure batches are manufactured with the correct materials and quantities.
+ Calibrate and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
+ Perform in-process sampling and testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
+ Follow all safe practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Complete and maintain quality records in compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures.
+ Maintain equipment and rooms to meet operational and cleanliness standards.
+ Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Essential Skills
+ High School Diploma from an accredited institution is required.
+ No previous experience necessary, but laboratory exposure is a plus.
+ Good computational skills.
+ Ability to work under time constraints and with changing priorities.
+ Must be detail-oriented.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate degree or higher is preferred.
+ Experience in logistics with a life science company preferred.
+ Working knowledge of business computer software and logistics-related databases desired.
+ Good multi-tasking and time management skills.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Lenexa, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
