    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, capable of working with components up to 480 volts.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on extrusion machines and related equipment.

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

    + Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

    + Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

    Essential Skills

    + Hydraulics

    + Pneumatics

    + Extrusion machine repair

    + Mechanical and electrical maintenance

    + PLC troubleshooting

    + Automation and electrical troubleshooting

    + Service and maintenance repair

    + Installation and electrical maintenance

    + Conveyor system knowledge

    + Mechanical maintenance

    + Blueprint and schematic reading

    + Experience with hand tools, power tools, sensors, VFD, 480v, and single phase systems

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with preventive maintenance

    + Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment

    + Experience with PLC control systems

    + Understanding of schematic and blueprint reading

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, IN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
