    2nd Shift MIG Welders – $25/hr

    **Location:** North Charleston, SC

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    We are seeking skilled **MIG Welders** to join our growing fabrication team on 2nd shift. This position offers the opportunity to work with **newer equipment in a well-designed weld cell layout** while contributing to the production of high-quality assemblies.     Job Responsibilities

    + Perform MIG welding on prefabricated assemblies with precision and efficiency

    + Set up welding machines independently for various processes and material thicknesses

    + Operate fabrication equipment including plate rollers, saws, pipe rollers, and drill presses

    + Fabricate and weld complex assemblies directly from blueprints

    + Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production

    + Maintain tools, equipment, and work area to company standards

    Qualifications

    + Proficiency in **GMAW (MIG)** and **FCAW (Flux Core)** welding processes

    + Ability to operate fabrication equipment such as plate rollers, saws, pipe rollers, and drill presses

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to fabricate complex assemblies without supervision

    + Experience reading and interpreting blueprints

    + Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled fabrication shop environment

    This role is based in a **fabrication shop** that is **non-climate controlled** . Candidates should be comfortable working in hot conditions and committed to maintaining safety standards.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
