Job Title: Level 3 Catheter Builder
Job Description
Join our team as a Level 3 Catheter Builder, where you will utilize your skills in reading work instructions and reviewing drawings to build catheter assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will work within a clean room environment, performing tasks under a microscope and using small hand tools. Your role includes documenting processes, conducting visual inspections, and final packaging of catheters.
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret work instructions and production drawings.
+ Assemble catheter components and complete full catheter builds.
+ Work under a microscope for precise assembly tasks.
+ Utilize small hand tools effectively for assembly.
+ Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards.
+ Document work in travelers, QMS, or ERP systems.
+ Conduct final packaging of catheters.
Essential Skills
+ 3-4 years of experience in catheter assembly from start to finish.
+ Full catheter build experience including liner stretching, bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, and stringing.
+ Proficiency in using micrometers for accurate measurements.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Preferably experience in balloon catheter building.
+ Hand dexterity and ability to work with very small pieces.
+ Patience and diligence in assembly tasks.

Work Environment

The work schedule is 1st Shift, Monday to Thursday from 5am to 3:30pm, with a 30-minute paid break, a 30-minute unpaid lunch, and a 15-minute paid break.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
