Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team in the pipe shop where you will be an essential part of our production process. This role requires working in a large, dynamic facility that can be very loud and dusty. You should be prepared for a dirty work environment on a daily basis. The temperature in the facility varies, with winters around 55 degrees and summers reaching up to 90 degrees as it is not climate controlled. Be ready to work with curing concrete, which involves using overhead cranes, and ensure you have at least five pairs of work clothes.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machinery and equipment in the pipe shop.

+ Assist in the assembly and packaging of products.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

+ Support the curing process of concrete, including the use of overhead cranes.

Essential Skills

+ At least 6-months experience in construction, welding, machine operation, or as an auto technician (verified through references).

+ Proficiency in general production and machine operation.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in general labor and assembly.

Work Environment

Work in a dirty environment that can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Shifts start at either 4 AM or 5 AM and typically end between 2 PM and 3 PM, with some days extending until 4 PM or 5:30 PM, depending on the workload.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marathon City, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
