Job Title: Order Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of order pickers to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or delays. Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively, minimizing disruptions. Implement and maintain best practices for order picking, packing, and staging. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment. Collaborate with warehouse management and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Track KPIs and prepare reports on productivity, accuracy, and team performance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Mankato, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
