    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our repair station in Allentown, PA. The successful candidate will manage the return to service processes for both P145 and P135 operations, ensuring compliance and quality in all aspects.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle all return to service aspects for Part 135 air carriers.

    + Perform inspections and quality control for corporate aircraft maintenance.

    + Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards.

    + Maintain detailed records of inspections and service activities.

    + Collaborate with A&P mechanics, avionics techs, sheet metal mechanics, and composites techs.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience returning Part 135 air carriers to service.

    + 5 years of experience in the OEM and P145 industry is preferred.

    + 3+ years of corporate aircraft maintenance experience.

    + Ability to understand, read, and write English proficiently.

    + Certification under CFR Part 65.

    + Previous quality assurance and CFR Part 145 experience is preferred.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with Code of Federal Regulations Part 145, Part 43, and Part 91.

    + Background in Powerplant/Component/Avionics/Structures repair, alteration, and maintenance.

    + Proficiency in inspection and training techniques.

    + Experience with FAA manuals and repair stations.

    + Possession of an airframe and powerplant license.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
