Job Title: Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team and work on several key projects around the Greenville area.

Responsibilities

+ Lead a team of plumbers and helpers on specific jobs.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to install pipes without supervision.

+ Use blueprints and schematic diagrams to assemble and install underground and above-ground plumbing/piping systems for commercial and industrial new construction projects.

+ Cut, thread, and bend pipes to required angles.

+ Install metal (copper and cast iron) and non-metal (PVC) pipes, valves, and fittings.

+ Test pipes to ensure systems are working properly.

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to plumber helpers.

Essential Skills

+ 10+ years of plumbing experience.

+ Experience installing underground and rough-in (above ground) plumbing at new industrial/commercial construction projects.

+ Proficiency in working with multiple types of piping materials, including copper, cast iron, and PVC.

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics to install pipes with minimal guidance.

+ Strong soldering and brazing skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Must own and bring personal tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easley, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
