_Production Associate- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP_
_Location: Omaha, NE_
_Pay: $18-$20/hour_
_Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10 hr shifts_
_Join our team as a Production Associate! The Production Associate is responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring that all quality standards are met. This role is crucial in meeting daily production goals and maintaining a smooth workflow within the manufacturing process. The associate will be responsible for boxing, palatizing, lifting up to 35 lbs., sorting, and bagging product. Adherence to all safety guidelines and efficient collaboration with the production team are expected._
_Responsibilities:_
+ _Operate equipment and assemble products according to guidelines._
+ _Ensure all quality standards are consistently met._
+ _Box, palatize, sort, and bag products efficiently._
+ _Lift up to 35 pounds as part of production tasks._
+ _Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth workflow._
+ _Adhere to safety guidelines at all times._
_Essential Skills:_
+ _One year of production experience._
+ _Ability to lift up to 35 pounds._
+ _Proficiency in operating production equipment._
+ _Capability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively._
+ _Understanding and following written and verbal instructions in English._
_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_
+ _Experience with forklift operation._
+ _Familiarity with general production and packaging processes._
+ _Inspection and assembly skills._
+ _Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment._

_Work Environment:_
_The work environment involves handling hay or grass, requiring no grass allergies. The schedule offers flexibility with 4-day work weeks, Monday through Thursday, with shifts from 6 am to 4 pm or 4 pm to 2 am._

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.34 - $19.34/hr.
