    Job Title: Assembly Worker

    **We’re looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Assembly Workers** . In this role, you’ll work in a collaborative environment to assemble high-quality components using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision, this is the opportunity for you!

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble products following **Standard Work Documentation** , **Manufacturing Instructions** , and **Quality Plans** .

    + Use a variety of **hand tools, power tools, and small machinery** to complete tasks.

    + Perform **electrical assembly and soldering** when required.

    + Test bearings and assemble actuators for products used in industries like **Bobcat** and **Mercury Marine** .

    + Ensure all assembled products meet weight requirements (30 lbs or less).

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience in **mechanical assembly, packaging, inspection** , or general labor.

    + Comfortable using **hand and power tools** and reading measurements.

    + Ability to work efficiently on an **assembly line in a fast-paced environment** .

    + Experience with **soldering** and using a **tape measure** is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous experience in a **manufacturing setting** (not required—we’ll train the right candidate!).

    + Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance.

    + Ability to follow detailed, step-by-step instructions.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodstock, IL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
