    Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor

    **Compensation:** $40/hour

    **Schedule:** Night Shift (12pm - 12am)

    **Team Size:** 6 Maintenance Technicians

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our night shift operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in industrial maintenance, team supervision, and client-facing communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all maintenance activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 maintenance technicians to achieve operational goals.

    + Assign tasks strategically based on individual skillsets and business priorities.

    + Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of work quality and safety.

    + Oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work using the CMMS system.

    + Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.

    + Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors for equipment repairs and supply needs.

    + Occasionally perform administrative tasks and complete required paperwork.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Proven experience in a supervisory or lead maintenance role.

    + Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

    + Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.

    + Excellent communication skills; able to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

    + Ability to present well and represent the department effectively.

    + Technical proficiency and understanding of maintenance systems and procedures.

    This is a Contract position based out of Sarasota, FL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
