We’re hiring for both **Weekend** and **Weekday** shifts at our **brand-new facility** , offering a vibrant work culture and opportunities to grow your career.

•️** **What You’ll Do

+ Assemble driveshafts using hand tools and mechanical equipment (cut-off saws, welders, hydraulic presses, balancers).

+ Measure components with tape measures and calipers to ensure precision.

+ Interpret work orders and dimensional specs.

+ Perform testing and troubleshooting to meet quality standards.

+ Use tablets, computers, and scanners to manage workflow.

+ Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all PPE and safety protocols.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

+ Basic mechanical and computer skills.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.

+ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
