Job Title: Panel Builder Assembly Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Panel Builder Assembly Helper to assist in the construction and wiring of electrical control panels. This role supports the panel building team by preparing components, organizing materials, and performing basic assembly tasks to ensure timely and accurate production.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in the construction and wiring of electrical control panels.

+ Prepare components and organize materials for panel building.

+ Perform basic assembly tasks following work instructions.

+ Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.

+ Read and interpret simple diagrams and wiring instructions.

+ Contribute to the production of accurate and timely panel assemblies.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.

+ Experience with power tools and mechanical assembly.

+ Ability to follow work instructions and read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

+ Basic understanding of electrical wiring and panel building.

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Technical training in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus.

+ Good communication and teamwork skills.

+ Willingness to learn and take direction.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, in an air-conditioned environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
