Job Title: Automated Centerless Grinder Operator

Job Description

Join our team as an Automated Centerless Grinder Operator where you will be responsible for setting up and operating Cincinnati centerless automatic grinders. In this role, you will determine the proper feed and speed combinations and maintain records of piece counts and production run times.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate Cincinnati centerless automatic grinders.

+ Determine proper feed and speed combinations for various grinding tasks.

+ Record piece counts and run times for production.

+ Grind TD, angle head, and button head parts with precision.

+ Perform precision grinding using centerless grinding techniques.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in grinding and centerless grinder set-up.

+ Experience with precision grinding and automated centerless grinders.

+ Ability to determine the proper feed and speed combinations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Inspection and measurement capabilities.

+ Understanding of blueprints.

+ CNC operation experience.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
