    •️** **What You’ll Do

    + **Inspection & Testing:** Perform detailed inspections of machined parts using advanced precision measuring tools, including manual and automated CMMs.

    + **Compliance:** Ensure all parts meet ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, and AS9100:2016 standards.

    + **Documentation:** Accurately record inspection results and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review.

    + **Continuous Improvement:** Identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.

    + **Collaboration:** Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, and clients to meet quality requirements.

    + **Training:** Mentor junior inspectors and participate in ongoing training for quality assurance protocols and CMM programming.

    •** **What You Bring

    + Minimum **5 years of experience** in quality control

    + Advanced knowledge of quality methodologies and industry standards

    + Proficiency in precision measuring tools and CMM programming (PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso, or equivalent)

    + Strong communication skills and ability to lead quality projects

    + High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Advanced certifications in quality management

    + Specialized training in CMM programming

    + Experience in aerospace, medical device, or high-precision manufacturing

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00/yr.
