Job Title: Cleanroom Technician
Job Description
As a Packaging Technician in a cleanroom, you will be responsible for inspecting, handling, and packaging finished molded components. This role demands meticulous attention to detail in a controlled manufacturing environment. You will ensure that all products are packaged, labeled, and documented according to customer specifications, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Perform visual inspection of molded parts.
+ Follow approved work instructions, packaging specifications, and lot traceability requirements.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to cleanroom specifications.
+ Verify and apply correct labeling, identification tags, and documentation for each lot or batch.
+ Handle products with care and precision.
+ Collaborate with process control quality and warehouse teams to ensure timely material flow and shipment readiness.
+ Report any non-conformities and damages in the packaging.
+ Support audits and customer visits.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in a cleanroom environment or the ability to adapt to one.
+ High attention to detail with proven accuracy and consistency in repetitive tasks.
+ Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
+ Basic computer skills and ability to complete production or quality documentation.
+ Ability to read and follow work instructions in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in packaging, visual inspection, GMP, counting, assembly, and inventory control.

Work Environment
This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm in a cleanroom environment, which requires gowning and adherence to hygiene standards. The role involves frequent standing, sitting, and handling of small components, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

This is a Contract position based out of Miramar, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
