    Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery, HVAC systems, facility equipment, and infrastructure. Your responsibilities include detecting and correcting errors to prevent damage to machines and the products they produce. You will utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to document and communicate all maintenance work performed on equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and repair production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility equipment.

    + Identify and rectify errors before machinery or products are damaged.

    + Use CMMS to document and communicate maintenance activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.

    + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and working with 480v, 24v, AC/DC systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

    + Skill in troubleshooting electrical systems ranging from 24v to 480v.

    + Experience with PLCs, robotics, and injection molding.

    + Strong understanding of precision alignments, motors, gears, shafts, and gearboxes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + GMP experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is within an industrial environment, working a 7 PM to 7:30 AM shift on a 2-2-3 rotation, offering a three-day weekend every other weekend. Compensation varies based on experience, with Tech 1 positions ranging from $22 to $24 per hour and Tech 2 positions from $26 to $30 per hour.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
