    Senior** **HVAC/R Service Technician

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks that ensure compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across our facilities. This role requires applying advanced HVAC/R knowledge to improve processes, guide team members, and deliver exceptional service aligned with company policies and standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems, EMS, and digital controls.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate workloads with external service providers.

    + Monitor refrigerant levels and track parts usage accurately.

    + Order, manage, and maintain HVAC/R parts and supplies inventory.

    + Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HVAC/R regulations, building codes, and indoor air quality standards.

    + Adhere to OSHA and EPA guidelines, including refrigerant reclamation procedures.

    + Demonstrate ethical behavior and uphold company values in all operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in HVAC/R systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

    + Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.

    + Experience in facilities and building maintenance.

    + EPA Universal Certification and Type I & II certifications for refrigerant handling.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Vocational or technical HVAC/R certification with:

    + **2+ years** in mechanical maintenance or a construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls, **or**

    + **4+ years** in a related field.

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    + Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

    Work Environment

    + Travel to retail and distribution locations using a company-provided service van and tools.

    + Work in confined spaces, uneven surfaces, and varying temperatures (extreme heat or cold).

    + May require working at heights, overnight shifts, and flexible hours.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $105060.80 - $107000.00/yr.

     

    The company will provide PTO, Medical, dental, and paid holidays

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth,TX.
