    As a Director - Project Management (Data Conversion Testing), you will develop and direct the strategic planning and execution of critical data conversion initiatives for Wesco’s Digital Data Platform (DDP). You will oversee coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully ensure legacy data is accurately migrated to DDP. You will develop budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure and focus on driving results while providing consistent delivery of large-scale initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee and manage DDP data conversion aligned with deployment roadmaps.

    + Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables using PM tools such as MS Teams.

    + Define and implement data conversion strategy, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

    + Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business SMEs, IT, and program teams.

    + Establish governance standards, methodologies, and productivity targets for all projects.

    + Monitor progress from initiation through delivery, providing updates on milestones, risks, and issues.

    + Validate data mappings, transformation logic, and quality standards for legacy-to-DDP conversions.

    + Coordinate data cleansing efforts and resolve data quality issues with business and IT teams.

    + Manage defect resolution and support functional/integration testing for data readiness.

    + Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements through detailed documentation.

    + Define risk registers and proactively address escalated issues impacting project delivery.

    + Support cutover, go-live validation, and provide Hypercare assistance post-deployment.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelors Degree or minimum of 10 years senior management Program/Project Management experience.

    + PfMP or PMP Certified required.

    + Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, requiring broad organizational cross-functional collaboration and coordination.

    + 10 years overall project management experience, including ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and data conversion strategies is preferred

    + Strong understanding of data migration, mapping, and transformation processes.

    + Experience defining and implementing data quality standards, validation rules, and cleansing strategies.

    + Ability to manage iterative testing cycles and defect resolution for large-scale data conversions.

    + Experience with automation strategies for data conversion and integration testing.

    + Experience in LEAN/Six Sigma practices.

    + Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling strong alignment with partners and navigation of conflict constructively.

    + Efficient, effective communication and presentation abilities at EVP level, with ability to tailor approach to best reach intended audience.

    + Solutions-oriented strategic thinker who can easily identify high-priority, high-impact activities.

    + Experience coordinating large teams working within a matrixed organization on complex efforts with many interdependencies.

    + Navigate uncertainty with agility and maintain appropriate forward momentum with strong core team engagement.

    + Ability to travel 0-25% of the time.
