Hours are typically: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Overtime possible)
Sign-On Bonus: $750
Are you passionate about supporting families impacted by domestic violence in rural communities? Join our team and make a difference in the lives of survivors.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to rural populations.
+ Assist survivors with safety planning and access to community resources.
+ Connect clients to outside agencies and referrals for additional services.
+ Conduct outreach to increase awareness of available support in the community.
+ Support survivors in civil and family court proceedings.
+ Foster an environment of inclusion, respect, and belonging.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred (High School Diploma required).
+ Experience: 1–2 years in domestic violence services or human services preferred.
+ Skills: Ability to multi-task, work independently, and build community connections.
+ Other Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid and clean NYS driver’s license.
