Siemens is a leading Production company specializing in Electrical (Breaker). We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient warehouse operations to meet our clients' needs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator for our Grand Prairie Breaker Plant for 2 nd Shift (4:00pm – 12:30am). The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll make an impact by:

+ Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (SAP).

+ Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.

+ Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimize inventory levels.

+ Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries.

+ Process Inbound receiving accurately and efficiently.

+ Communicate with customers service regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping updates.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 3-4 years in a similar role.

+ Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations is preferred.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

+ The pay range for this position is $52,840 - $90,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
