The Head of Sales Excellence will be responsible for ensuring that Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings sales teams are equipped, informed, and motivated to meet their targets. As a team leader, ensure we innovate, manage and update our sales resources, information, tools and processes to accelerate growth and productivity.
As the** **Head of Sales Excellence** **, you will:
+ Manage a team that supports the end-to-end sales process and provides successful platforms for our sales teams to drive growth
+ Optimize sales operations, implement new sales strategies, and develop new processes and tools, including but not limited to funnel/CRM, CPQ, and sales analytics
+ Improve forecast accuracy
+ Lead related change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
+ Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization
+ Communicate with key stakeholders in Area Success Management to ensure improvements in tools and resources, including breakthrough innovations and regular updates and maintenance
+ Ensure that sales processes and tools are efficient and effective; implement analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales tools. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
+ Develop and execute plans to improve sales professionals’ and managers’ productivity. Advise and assist in deployment of ongoing training programs for sales teams.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
+ Ensure that our sales processes adhere to relevant global and local Smart Infrastructure Buildings standards with compliance with all company and legislative requirements
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of B2B sales operations / sales excellence management experience, preferably in the buildings sector
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar
+ Experience in designing, implementing and optimizing end-to-end sales processes and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability across a large sales force
+ Exceptional sales training and stakeholder management abilities
+ Proven sales forecast improvements
+ Project Management experience, delivering results for internal stakeholders
+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve operational and sales goals
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
+ Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 15+ years of B2B sales or field operations / sales excellence management experience
+ MBA
+ Sales management experience
+ Salesforce CRM experience
+ A strategic thinker with a customer-oriented approach and a results-driven attitude
