Human Resources Business Partner opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Human Resources Business Partner position. The Human Resources Business Partner will work under the direction of the Human Resource Director to support the Human Resource functions throughout the organization and will serve as the primary contact for directors, supervisors and managers to ensure a professional level of onboarding and adherence to company policies. The HR Business Partner will maintain employee and hospital confidentiality at all times and handle employees, leaders, and external applicants and customers with the utmost professionalism and respect.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education: Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
+ Licensures, Certifications, Registrations: SHRM, PHR or other Human Resources specific certification is preferred.
+ Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws including, ADA, Title VII, FMLA, Workers Compensation and OSHA regulations. Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management and provide consistently high levels of customer service. Excellent computer skills and accuracy required.
+ Experience: Three to five years’ experience in Human Resources preferred.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
