Shipping General Helper

3rd shift (11pm-7am) with availability to work OT on other shifts

$21.59/hr

As a Shipping/Logistics Associate, you will:

* Ensure all units are securely banded and clearly tagged before loading.

* Perform the final visual quality inspection to confirm unit and truck counts.

* Verify paperwork accuracy and maintain inventory using a computerized scanner.

* Assist with unloading incoming materials and conduct quality checks.

This role is critical to maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Training will be provided on inventory systems, and you\u2019ll work in a team that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Previous experience in shipping/logistics.

* Forklift operation experience (certification preferred).

* Ability to follow all safety rules and maintain a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs routinely.

* Walk, stand, bend, and kneel throughout the shift.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

* Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

* Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varied shifts as needed.

Additional Requirements

* Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

* Strong attention to detail for quality checks and inventory accuracy.

Preferred:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment

* Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus

* A strong desire to advance within the facility
