What You’ll Do

+ Deliver hands-on operator training at customer sites and in-house.

+ Provide phone-based technical support to keep customers running smoothly.

+ Develop applications processes to optimize machine performance.

+ Partner with sales teams for machine demos, trade shows, and technical expertise.

+ Innovate by creating cutting technology for new product models.

What We’re Looking For

+ Strong communication and presentation skills.

+ Solid technical aptitude and understanding of CNC machinery.

+ Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse customer needs.

+ Willingness to travel up to 75% across North America.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
