Position Summary
The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory by developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
+ Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
+ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers and prospects.
+ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
+ Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM records.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
+ Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
+ 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
+ Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
+ Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
